    Alfalah Tracking provides GPS-based vehicle tracking and fleet management services including:

    • Real-time vehicle location tracking
    • Fleet management dashboard and mobile apps
    • Geofencing and alert notifications
    • Vehicle diagnostics and reporting
    • Customer support and technical assistance
    User Responsibilities
    • Provide accurate registration and billing information
    • Use services only for legitimate business purposes
    • Maintain confidentiality of account credentials
    • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
    • Respect privacy rights of vehicle users and passengers
    • Pay subscription fees on time
    • Report security issues or unauthorized access immediately
    Subscription and Billing

    Payment Terms

    • Monthly subscriptions billed in advance
    • Annual plans offer 20% discount
    • Payments processed automatically unless cancelled
    • Late payments may result in service suspension

    Cancellation Policy

    • Cancel anytime with 30 days written notice
    • Service continues until end of current billing period
    • No refunds for partial months
    • Data export available for 60 days after cancellation
    Service Availability
    • We strive for 99.5% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
    • Maintenance windows may cause temporary service interruptions
    • Service depends on cellular network coverage
    • We are not liable for outages beyond our control
    • Service credits may apply for extended outages
    Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law:

    • Our liability is limited to your monthly subscription fee
    • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
    • GPS tracking is a tool; ultimate responsibility for vehicle security rests with you
    • We cannot guarantee prevention of theft or accidents
    • Service may be affected by factors beyond our control
    Intellectual Property
    • All software, trademarks, and content remain our property
    • Users receive a limited license to use our services
    • Reverse engineering or unauthorized access is prohibited
    • Your tracking data remains your property
    • We may use anonymized data for service improvements
    Privacy and Data Protection

    Data collection, use, and protection are governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to our privacy practices as described in our Privacy Policy document.

    Termination

    We may terminate or suspend service immediately for:

    • Violation of these terms
    • Non-payment of fees
    • Illegal or harmful use of services
    • Breach of security or privacy policies
    • Technical or business reasons with 30 days notice
